Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians who will learn and perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks under guidance of seasoned techs. You will interact with customers to explain repairs and ensure quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Training supports ASE certifications and company-paid testing is available. Pay starts in the 16.63–24.99 per hour range with flat-rate pay reflecting region productivity.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate basic mechanical task ability.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license to operate customer and company vehicles.
• Understanding of oil changes, inspections and tire repair.
• Reads, writes and does simple math for service documentation.
• Customer service oriented with ability to explain repairs.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brakes.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and pursue ASE certifications within 2 years.
