Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles within our service team. You will learn foundational skills under experienced technicians and participate in inspections, tire service and test drives.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model with a pay range of $18.38–$27.62 per hour, with potential bonus based on performance. ASE certifications are encouraged and supported by the company.

Qualifications

Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes, inspections, tire repair.
Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and work under guidance of experienced technicians.
Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
Install batteries and check electrical systems.
Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
Road test vehicles.
