Job summary

Leeds West Groups’ WI Midas Menomonee Falls location is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on cars, trucks, and other motor vehicles. You will inspect, diagnose, and complete services to meet manufacturer specs and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and legendary customer service, with opportunities to mentor others and maintain a clean, efficient shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training preferred.
• ASE or other relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on cars, trucks, and other motor vehicles.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify needs and safety concerns.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manuals to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, filter replacements).
• Ensure work meets manufacturer specs and safety standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and document inspection records.
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimates to customers.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain a safe, organized shop.
