Job summary

Leeds West Groups’ Midas shop in Wichita, KS seeks an Automotive Technician to perform repairs and maintenance on cars, trucks, and other motor vehicles. You will diagnose issues, advise customers, and ensure quality work while upholding safety standards.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; automotive training preferred, 1+ year experience preferred, ASE certifications preferred. On-site, full-time role with occasional travel between local stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive training preferred.
• Experience in automotive repair and inspections.
• ASE or similar certifications preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, or safety issues.
• Perform engine, brake, suspension repairs and maintenance.
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Communicate repair estimates and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain safety and quality standards per manufacturer specs.
