Job summary

Midas | Leeds West Groups is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance on cars, trucks, and other motor vehicles at our Leawood service center. You will inspect vehicles, diagnose issues, use diagnostic tools, and communicate estimates while delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires strong teamwork, adherence to safety guidelines, and mentoring junior staff. This full-time onsite position includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Perform repairs and maintenance to OEM specifications.
• Experience with engine, brake, and suspension repairs.
• Ability to analyze diagnostic data and communicate findings.
• Must have valid US driver’s license and a clean MVR.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or safety concerns.
• Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manuals to diagnose complex problems.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Perform quality control checks and test-drive vehicles.
