Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in Arkansas is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform basic and advanced car maintenance, inspect vehicles, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of automotive service experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work Saturdays. ASE certification is preferred but not required, and candidates must have their own technician tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ automotive service experience in a professional setting.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have Technician Tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate and drive vehicles.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Top-notch customer service and ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Application of in-depth automotive repair knowledge.
• Providing service of the highest quality to our customers.
• Performs skilled mechanical work while analyzing and diagnosing problems.
• Inspect, replace and/or repair defective parts while performing preventative maintenance on automobiles.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
