Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will perform basic and advanced car maintenance and repair, inspect vehicles, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of automotive service experience, holds a valid driver’s license, and possesses technician tools. ASE certification is a plus but not required; willingness to pass a pre-employment background check

Qualifications

• Two years of automotive service or repair experience in a professional setting.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have technician tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate and drive vehicles.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment background screen.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth automotive repair knowledge to service vehicles.
• Provide high-quality service to customers.
• Perform skilled mechanical work, diagnose problems, and propose solutions.
• Inspect, replace, or repair defective parts and perform preventative maintenance.
• Learn new technical information and techniques to keep up with automotive technology.
