Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks, report to Store and Service Managers, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and help keep vehicles safe and running smoothly.

The role requires at least 2 years of automotive experience, valid license, and a willingness to work Saturdays. ASE certification is a plus, and technician tools are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ automotive service or engine diagnostic experience in a professional capacity.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have technician tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate and drive vehicles.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Top-notch customer service and ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks.
• Inspect vehicles for potential problems and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide high-quality service to customers and maintain safety standards.
• Diagnose problems and replace/repair defective parts as needed.
