Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks. You will inspect vehicles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers are taken care of while maintaining high quality service.

Responsibilities include applying repair knowledge, diagnosing problems, and performing preventative maintenance. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience, tools, and a valid driver’s license. ASE preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive service or repair in a professional setting.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Must have technician tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate and drive vehicles.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on trust and relationships.
• Willing to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth automotive repair knowledge to servicing vehicles.
• Provide service of the highest quality to customers.
• Perform skilled mechanical work and diagnose problems.
• Inspect, replace, or repair defective parts and perform preventative maintenance.
• Learn new technical information and keep up with automotive technology.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
