Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform both basic and advanced maintenance and repair tasks. You will inspect vehicles, diagnose issues, and ensure optimal performance while delivering top-quality service to customers. The role requires 2+ years of professional automotive experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.

ASE certification is preferred. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive service, diagnosis, or repair experience.
• Ased certification preferred but not required.
• Must have tools necessary to perform typical automotive maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate customer and shop vehicles.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screen.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on trust and relationships.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced automotive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Inspect vehicles for potential problems and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure vehicle is performing correctly and customer is taken care of.
• Apply in-depth automotive repair knowledge to service work.
• Maintain high quality service and safety standards.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and organized.
