Qualifications
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals or procedures.
- Explain vehicle information to customers and respond to questions.
- Diagnose and recommend solutions to automotive problems.
- Interpret and apply written or schedul ed instructions.
- Perform the automotive services listed (engine, brakes, steering, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Maintain workplace safety as Priority #1 and report unsafe conditions.
- Provide diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on automotive systems.
- Initiate a valid Service Work Order before service and display it with the vehicle.
- Complete MPI and participate in the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process.
- Procure needed parts from the Desk Team and return unused parts after service.
