Balise Motor Sales in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Certified Automotive Service Technician to join a family-owned dealership group known for long-term security and a modern, climate-controlled facility. The role offers a structured pay scale, weekly pay, and ongoing factory training with uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgement.

Responsabilités

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• The highest levels of quality and pride in what you do.
• A desire for your income to increase with your production.
• Keep work area clean and in accordance with standards of safety and proper disposal of waste.

Job Details: Job Location: Toyota West Springfield - West Springfield, MA 01089, Salary Range: $23.00 - $30.00 Hourly, Certified Automotive Service Technician
