Job summary

Balise Auto is seeking certified automotive service technicians for our Chevy GMC Springfield location. The role focuses on production, high customer satisfaction, and working in a modern, climate-controlled facility with paid weekly compensation.

Expect to perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs following dealership and factory standards, while maintaining safety and quality. ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years preferred.
• A professional work ethic and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• The highest levels of quality and pride in what you do.
• Desire for income to increase with production.
• Keep work area clean and in accordance with safety standards and proper disposal of waste.
