Balise Honda West Springfield is seeking a qualified Automotive Service Technician in West Springfield, MA. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs to meet dealership and factory standards while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repair per dealership and factory standards.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through workmanship and professionalism.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.

• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
