Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in Springfield, MA is seeking a Certified Automotive Service Technician. The role focuses on production efficiency and delivering high customer satisfaction at a family-owned dealership.

You will perform warranty and non-warranty repairs to factory standards, strive for top quality, and work toward increased earnings with production. Training and uniforms are provided in a modern shop environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience, 3-5 years experience preferred.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• A professional work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
