Job summary

Balise Motor Sales in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Certified Automotive Service Technician to join our busy shop. You will perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs to standards set by the dealership and manufacturers.

We offer a competitive hourly rate ($21.00–$29.00) with weekly pay, a clean modern facility, and opportunities for career advancement through training and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Professional work ethic and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs per dealership and factory standards.
• Achieve high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and reliable service.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area and proper waste disposal.
