Balise is seeking qualified automotive service technicians in Springfield, MA. The role focuses on production and customer satisfaction, with a salary range of $58,000 to $100,000 per year and weekly pay for production, experience, and skill.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Automotive education or equivalent work experience; 5 years experience preferred.
• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Professional work ethic and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair per standards.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction through workmanship and attitude.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain highest quality and pride in the work performed.
• Aim for increased income through production.
• Keep work area clean and safe per disposal standards.
