Balise Auto Sales Inc. in West Warwick, RI is seeking a Certified Automotive Service Technician to join a busy, customer-focused shop.

Expect a production-driven role with competitive, weekly pay and paid holidays. You’ll perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs to factory standards, uphold safety, and contribute to high customer satisfaction while advancing through training and certifications offered by Balise.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving goals as an A or B level Technician.
• Professional work ethic and good judgement.

• Perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• The highest levels of quality and pride in what you do.
• A desire for your income to increase with your production.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Automotive education or equivalent work experience.
