• Brand specific and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
• A professional work ethic and good judgement.

• Perform all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance and repair work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Obtain high level of customer satisfaction as a result of personal work habits and skill.
• Complete all jobs correctly and on time for every service visit.
• Maintain the highest levels of quality and pride in what you do.
• Aim for your income to increase with your production.
• Keep work area clean and in accordance with safety and waste disposal standards.
