Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles within our service team. You will work under experienced technicians learning hands-on skills and communicating with customers about repair procedures.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. Flat-rate pay is offered with regional variability.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform routine maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brakes.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and obtain ASE certifications within 2 years.
