Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. You will learn hands-on skills, assist with inspections, and interact with customers to explain repairs and provide high-quality service.

Pay is flat-rate with regional variation; the role includes structured training, ASE certifications, and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including oil changes, inspections and tire repair.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment; tests/fees paid by company; bonuses for tests passed.
