Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will learn and develop foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, conversations with customers, and delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. Flat-rate pay rewards efficiency; health and other benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license at all times; ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Basic automotive maintenance and tire repair knowledge (oil changes, inspections, tire repair).
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years; company pays tests; bonus for each pass.
