Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our service team. You will learn under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, and assist in repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship.

Flat-rate pay rewards efficiency, and pay meets minimum wage standards. Responsibilities include oil changes, tire maintenance, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks and manual dexterity.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and rotate tires.
• Install parts as needed and road-test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years (tests/fees covered).
