Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver training programs and coach repair center staff on proper and safe repair techniques. You will collaborate with regional leaders to address training needs and improve technical capabilities across markets.

The role requires industry experience, a background in training, and the ability to travel within the market. You will support the WOW (Wow Operating Way) standards and ensure documentation is up to date.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience.
• 2+ years delivering training preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs in the assigned area.
• Coach technicians and repair center staff.
• Visit centers to assess capabilities and knowledge.
• Provide coaching to improve skills and efficiencies in repairs.
• Monitor compliance with QC processes.
• Assess repair center capabilities and upgrade tools as needed.
• Develop training clinics and ensure consistent messaging.
• Stay current on repair processes and techniques.
• Perform program assessments and coaching.
