Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technical Training Developer & Instructor based in Garland, TX.

In this dual role you will bridge vehicle engineering and service applications, working with curriculum developers and SMEs to create and validate advanced training courses for dealership technicians. You will deliver in-person, virtual and video sessions, lead hands-on labs, and perform rigorous validation to ensure technical accuracy and effective learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years automotive technician experience.
• Proficient with automotive service information software.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment (scan tools, DVOM, lab scopes, HVAC, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive technical training courses with instructor-led materials, videos, and hands-on labs.
• Deliver training in person, virtually, and via video; mentor service technicians.
• Validate course content for technical accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
