Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks an Automotive Technical Training Developer & Instructor to bridge vehicle engineering and service applications.

You will work with curriculum teams and SMEs to research, develop, and validate advanced training courses that empower dealership technicians to master modern vehicle systems. This role requires hands-on experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to deliver effective instruction across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, and video).

Qualifications

• Minimum five years automotive technician experience.
• Proficient with automotive service information and diagnostic software.
• Experience with highly technical diagnostic equipment (scan tools, lab scopes, DVOMs, HVAC equipment).
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work with customers in a team setting.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Research and design comprehensive technical training on automotive vehicle systems, including instructor materials and hands-on labs.
• Deliver high-impact training sessions in-person, virtually, and via video.
• Validate training courses for technical accuracy, timing, and instructional flow before deployment.
