V2X Inc. is seeking an experienced Automotive Technical SME within VPS to design, develop, and validate training content.

You will create web-based modules, instructor-led materials, and hands-on activities, translating complex diagnostic concepts into learner-friendly formats. Strong writing skills and real-world diagnostic expertise are essential for impactful course delivery and ongoing content validation.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years automotive technical experience across modern vehicle systems.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training or technical presentations is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic knowledge across powertrain, electrical/electronic, HVAC, and chassis.
• Hands-on experience with OEM diagnostic scan tools and advanced equipment.
• Ability to translate complex systems into clear instructional content.

Responsibilities

• Research and gather technical information to ensure accurate training content.
• Develop web-based courses, instructor-led materials, and hands-on activities.
• Translate complex systems into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Validate technical accuracy through hands-on testing and SME review.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, engineers, and project managers.
• Update materials for new technologies and OEM procedures.
• Create multimedia assets with creative teams for engaging training.
• Plan course development, sequencing, and instructional strategy.
