Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years automotive technician experience in an automotive repair facility.
• Minimum 6 years delivering both virtual and in-person instructor-led training.
• Proven leadership and remote workforce management experience.
• Strong background in technical training operations and LMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop a geographically dispersed instructor workforce.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard instructors to meet needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and set measurable goals.
• Provide strategic coaching and long-term development planning.
• Build a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
• Manage training delivery operations across sites and remote environments.
• Use data-driven analysis to allocate workforce and plan deployment.
• Establish standards, ensure compliance, and sustain quality.
• Drive client satisfaction through monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions rapidly.
• Oversee facility readiness, safety, and asset management.
• Direct equipment maintenance, lifecycle planning, and capex.
• Forecast needs and develop budget recommendations.
• Coordinate with curriculum teams for content sequencing and readiness.
• Plan for scalable training programs and future capabilities.
