Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to concentrate while on the phone for 6–8 hrs per day.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday.
• CSR experience or CSR requirements certification.
• One year of customer service/technical support experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of gas and diesel engines and automotive technology preferred.
• Hands-on experience with supported vehicles and/or performance products preferred.
• Demonstrate high level of dependability.
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and Internet; ability to learn customer service software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end-user, dealer, and distributor inquiries about products and features.
• Provide troubleshooting support and identify sources of customer problems via phone or email.
• Research and resolve customer issues using available manuals and systems.
• Coordinate with engineering/technical teams for long-term solutions.
• Maintain thorough understanding of products and automotive tech.
• Complete call logs, RMAs, and reports in systems.
• Work with other teams to ensure high service levels for customers.
• Send outbound responses with RMA status, pricing, or technical answers.
• Learn customer product usage and verify applications work as expected.
