Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Automotive Systems Engineer for a leading automotive company in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The position is onsite and supports vehicle development and integration teams to drive innovative features.

Responsibilities include creating and tracking CFOs, aligning analyses with project objectives, and collaborating across functions to advance global feature strategies and new feature initiatives. ISO 26262 expertise is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 3 to 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical content to non-technical audiences.
• Effective project coordination skills.
• Solid background in Automotive Systems and knowledge of ISO 26262 standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and track Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) efficiently.
• Conduct thorough analysis to ensure all CFOs align with project objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for global feature strategies.
• Support platform and program-specific new feature development initiatives.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and voice of customer clinics to inform development processes.
