Qualifications

• Experience in retail or automotive sales or service.
• Ability to operate a computer and office equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain state Motor Vehicle Inspection license within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and staff to deliver positive experiences.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the location.
• Perform all store operations including customer service, sales, shop management, and office duties.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of service and products to customers.
• Assist in training and execution of company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Manage budgeting, payroll, and cash handling with store manager guidance.
• Support inventory replenishment and month-end physical inventory.
