Job summary

Stranik Automotive Group in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead automotive and general service technicians, ensure safety and efficiency, and drive growth while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will recruit, hire, train, motivate and coach staff; oversee vehicle inspections, pricing estimates and service specials; manage inventory, payroll and daily sales reporting; and maintain a collaborative, high‑performing work culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in store/service management in an automotive setting.
• General automotive knowledge and strong customer service demeanor.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead automotive and general service technicians in daily shop operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while advising customers.
• Oversee inspections, estimates, and pricing discussions with customers.
• Manage inventory, payroll, and daily sales reporting.
