TGK Automotive Specialists in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance, oversee guest services, and manage store operations to maximize sales and profitability.

You will lead the team, coach staff, ensure policy compliance, and focus on elevating customer experience while controlling costs. This full-time role requires five-day workweeks, with advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of sales in auto repair shop management or equivalent automotive experience.
• Experience coaching teams to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clear goals.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days a week, Mon–Sat.
