TGK Automotive, Inc. in Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance and guest service in a busy auto repair and service center.

You will oversee operations, maximize sales, control expenses, and lead a team to uphold quality standards. Ideal candidates have five+ years in auto repair shop sales or related automotive management, with proven coaching and goal-setting skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Five or more years of experience of sales in an auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred, but not required.
• Possess valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a minimum of five days a week, Monday- Saturday

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage overall store performance to maximize sales and profitability.
• Maintain guest service standards and product knowledge; handle escalated customer complaints.
• Lead and coach store staff; ensure training and goal achievement.
• Analyze business trends and implement plans to achieve sales targets; manage inventory and expenses.
