The Store Manager provides daily leadership to store staff, including general service technicians, guest care specialists, and assistant managers. Reporting to the District Manager, the manager is responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating the team, achieving sales goals, managing expenses, and ensuring excellent customer service and store conditions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing sales and technical teammates to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
2. Achieving sales goals through effective planning and product knowledge.
3. Training staff on shop operations and guest services.
4. Managing staffing, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
5. Controlling expenses and managing inventory.
6. Maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards.
7. Scheduling appointments and assigning tasks based on skill levels.
8. Building guest relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Adhering to company policies, safety standards, and completing required training.

Qualifications include:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Leadership experience in retail or sales environments.
3. Ability to manage financial results and control costs.
4. Strong communication and motivational skills.
5. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Work environment: Automotive shop environment with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods. Flexibility to work hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
