Job Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with your Store Manager to support store team members in achieving sales performance, coaching, developing a team selling environment, and operational excellence when you are the manager on duty. This includes recruiting, hiring, and training store team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Sales and Customer Service: Inspire the team to achieve performance goals, elevate the customer experience, and exceed expectations.
  2. Leadership: Assist in leading store staff, set performance expectations, model company values, and communicate effectively.
  3. Performance Management: Support achievement of business plans, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Operational Excellence: Ensure proper staffing, train staff on operations, and implement store programs.
  5. Workplace Culture: Foster an inclusive environment, promote learning, and lead by example.
  6. Customer Experience: Train staff on service expectations, leverage feedback, and maintain visual standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and POS systems.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks.
