About the Position of Automotive Store Manager

Automotive Store Managers are responsible for managing a retail store location and ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs. They implement and manage sales programs, direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe vehicle repairs, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information on repairs and maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Our digital dashboard allows Store Managers to track their success and earnings as they lead by example, reinforcing Mavis's position as a premier tire and auto service retailer.
