Job Description
The Store Manager leads daily store operations and team management, supporting our vision of trusted, quality automotive maintenance and repairs.
Compensation: $65,000 - $125,000+ plus incentives, based on experience.
**Essential Functions:**
- Develop sales and technical teams to deliver a 5-star guest experience
- Achieve sales goals through effective planning and product knowledge
- Maximize sales and guest satisfaction via product introduction
- Train and develop team members for operational excellence
- Manage staffing, recruiting, and performance evaluations
- Control expenses related to payroll, supplies, and store maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Management Responsibility: Oversee all store positions, operating under the District Manager’s guidance.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years leadership in retail/sales, proven financial management skills, team motivation ability.
Knowledge & Skills: Customer-focused, excellent communication, goal-driven, basic math skills, proactive multitasking, problem-solving, coaching skills.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Automotive shop setting with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, reaching, bending, and stooping.
