AUTOMOTIVE STORE MANAGER

As a Car-X Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of daily store and shop operations, including the efficient, productive, and safe operation of our service bays. You will be a key team member responsible for building lasting relationships with our guests. Your role involves working collaboratively to deliver 5-star guest experiences, utilizing your professional skills to care for people and their vehicles, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.

This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure sales goals are achieved by assisting in the development and implementation of sales plans, with thorough knowledge of lube, tire services, and other automotive industry products.
2. Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales, satisfaction, and loyalty.
3. Support team members in establishing and maintaining a productive sales environment through training and development of shop operations and guest services.
4. Manage staffing by recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and developing employees.
5. Control expenses by managing payroll, telephone usage, store maintenance, supplies, utilities, and other controllable costs.
