The Store Manager is responsible for providing daily leadership to the store and its teammates. This role supports Monro's vision of becoming a leader in automotive and tire centers, trusted for quality maintenance and repairs.
The Store Manager provides daily leadership to all store positions, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Technical Service Manager, Service Manager, and Assistant Store Manager, operating under the direction of the District Manager.
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2-4 years of leadership experience in retail or sales. Proven ability to manage financial results and control costs. Ability to motivate and influence a team to achieve goals.
Work occurs in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report. Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing or walking for long periods. Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, and twisting.
