Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Store Manager on operations, sales, and labor planning.
• Actively sell and build relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors and customer service standards.
• Oversee opening/closing routines, cash reconciliation and safety.
• Handle scheduling input, compliance docs, and performance tracking.
• Monitor store metrics: sales, inventory, cleanliness, labor efficiency.
• Provide coaching and development for store team members.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
