Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store, inspire the team, and grow professional customer relationships while hitting financial targets.

The role requires strong knowledge of automotive parts, store systems, and service standards, with a schedule averaging 50–55 hours per week across 5–6 days and rotating nights/weekends. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, coaching staff, managing inventory and safety, and delivering excellent customer experiences for

• Oversee hiring, development, performance coaching, scheduling and team engagement.
• Fulfill manager-on-duty duties including coaching, floor/phone management, safety, and opening/closing tasks.
• Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Provide DIY services and assist district/region as needed.
• Ensure compliance with inventory controls and store procedures.
• Review financial reports and drive profitability improvements.
