Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a General Manager to inspire the store team, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

The role requires understanding of store and automotive systems, with a focus on profitability and growth in a high-volume environment. The General Manager position is full-time, typically 50–55 hours per week, with a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment with profitability responsibility.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or related area preferred.

Responsabilités

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales, coaching team to execute action plans.
• Recruiting, hiring, development, coaching, scheduling and engagement of store team members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards; manage duties of store team on duty.
