Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager to inspire the team, develop professional customer relationships, and grow the business with integrity.

The role requires knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY diagnostics, with a schedule that runs 50–55 hours weekly and rotating nights and weekends. You will recruit, coach, and manage a team, oversee inventory and operations, and lead change in a dynamic retail environment while ensuring excellent customer service and safety
