Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven profitability and strong business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; HS diploma acceptable.

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule, and engage store team members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Lead team to meet customer expectations (DIY and professional).
• Oversee manager-on-duty responsibilities and safety.
• Foster change management and a respectful work environment.
