Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 Team Members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to achieve financial metrics and manage P&L statements.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; lead action plans.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and engage store Team Members; schedule and coach.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Coach Team Members to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Oversee Manager on Duty responsibilities and safety compliance.
• Lead change management and promote a diverse, respectful workplace.
