Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage profitability with strong financial acumen.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and service processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store team members.
• Oversee inventory/operational standards and safety practices.
• Lead on-duty coverage, coaching, and store processes including POS and lookups.
