Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive parts environment.

You will recruit and develop a 10–20 person team, manage profitability, oversee inventory and POS systems, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to analyze P&L and manage store profitability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Develop and grow Professional Customer relationships; coach team.
• Hire, train, develop, and manage 10–20 team members.
• Execute inventory and store operations standards.
• Lead on-duty management and safety; manage scheduling.
• Support change management and diversity in the team.
