Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven profitability management and strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead, train, coach, and develop store teams to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and build action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule, and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and safety compliance.
• Support change management and foster inclusive environment.
• Provide DIY and professional service support.
