Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to drive store sales and service excellence. You will lead Professional Customer relationships, set action plans, and coach a 10–20 person team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage hiring, inventory standards, safety compliance, and daily store operations, with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. ASE is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in retail.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and dealership service is preferred.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships with action plans.
• Hire, develop, and coach store team members; schedule and engage the team.
